Microhumus Solid

Bacteria used in the soil conditioner are generally recognised as safe (GRAS), meaning they can be safely used.

Description

  • MICROHUMUS SOLID contains specialised bacteria which mineralise post-harvest residue, thus increasing nutritional resources for crop plants.
  • In adverse conditions (frost, drought), Bacillus bacteria can form spores, enabling them to survive water shortages, or too high or too low temperatures.
  • When used regularly, it protects the soil against exhaustion and erosion. It influences the process of humus increase through intensified mineralisation of organic matter.
  • It rebuilds the humus restoring soil fertility.

Saprotrophic bacteria belonging to Bacillus spp. at 1x109 CFU/g.

Minimum soil temperature: +5◦C. After application of the formulation, perform subsoiling, discing or any other treatment to cover with soil post-harvest residues with MICROHUMUS SOLID. Post-harvest residues can be sprayed in any weather conditions, because in adverse conditions (frost, drought) bacteria present in MICROHUMUS can form spores, and thus survive water shortages, or too high or too low temperatures.

Dose: 0.5–1 kg/ha The dose recommended by the manufacturer 1 kg/ha. For poorly degradable post-harvest residues, e.g. wheat or rye straw, on which a dose of 0.5 kg/ha is applied, an addition of nitrogen fertiliser is recommended. Form: powder for water solutions. To be applied as a water solution at a concentration of 0.2–0.5%. Recommended water quantity: 200–50 litres. Fine-spotted spraying. The formulation can be initially dissolved in water in a separate container and added to a sprayer, or mixed with water directly in an incorporator. Easy to apply, does not require any activation or soaking.

Available packs: 500 g/0.5 ha, 2.5 kg/2.5 ha.
